Three ingredient pancakes

These are great for kids, simple, fast to make and tasty.

Ingredients

  • One ripe banana, mashed.
  • Two eggs, beaten.
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon.

Method

Mix all ingredients. Fry in non-stick pan, 3 minutes first side, 1-2 minutes second side. Serve with maple syrup and a dollop of butter.
