Food and drink.

So, you might have gotten the idea that I liked my lunch yesterday, I did, it was perfect, timing wise, and everything wise. But it might have been surpassed by today’s lunch – my baby made me a most delicious bowl of pasta, with yum crusty bread, a big glass of vanilla coke, and a delicious caramel chocolate muffin!

This is the glutton, that ate my last button!

Vanilla Coke.

So, vanilla coke… And damn but doesn’t it taste like creaming soda, very smooth and creamy. It took Coca-Cola a long time to get over the humiliation of their cherry cola failure, but I didn’t expect them to introduce two totally new flavours in the space of only a couple of months.

Whatever happened to NZ being used as a test market?

Awwwwww yeah.

I’m so lucky. Claire must be psychic, or something like that, because no sooner had I thought that it might be a good time to go downstairs and get something to eat, but she comes home for lunch and brings me a steak sandwich.

Is she awesome or what?

Grading.

Andrea & Jason watch the grading...Went to another shodan grading yesterday, bloody impressive stuff. Bloody hard task. Took a great big stack of pictures, but have whittled them down to nary a handful for your viewing pleasure.

Very pleased with how some of them have turned out.

My next grading is in less than a week, and I desperately want to go for it, but my back is still causing me a great deal of troubles. Talk about your appalling fucking timing.

Gah.

Hypocrisy.

Porky Warden Hypocrite Bastard...The other night we walked past a parking warden being a fucking hypocrite bastard.

If I parked in the same place he did, he’d quite gladly give me a $60 ticket, so why can’t I give him one?

I noticed that as I was taking the photo he started to look very interested… Being across the road he didn’t have an opportunity to ask me what I was doing. Would have loved to have gotten a quote from him.

World’s highest George.

Took George for a walk up Mt Eden today, so 2 firsts for the day – highest altitude of a George, and first meeting with a cow… He was quite frightened when one of them advanced towards him.

Also another visit to the chiropractor, cutting back to only 2 visits next week, and who knows after that.

Then I went and had lunch with my mother, which was nice.

A generally very nice day, actually. Yay lifestyle. 🙂
