The good news is my spine isn’t entirely fucked. The bad news is my pelvis is.

Jay Lagaia in my bed, last night. Sort of.
So, in one of my dreams last night, Jay Lagaia came over, it was a bit weird, his wife and kids were there. He was a bit sweaty. Or maybe that was me. I greeted him with a resounding "JAY!", as if it’d been a long time. (Which it has, I suppose).
Bye, Dylan.
So, it turns out that, in the end, it’s a good thing that Dylan decided to shove off. We’ve confirmed that we’re getting to upgrade to a bigger better faster model. The Yojimbo 3000. Yay. 🙂
Oh, and George accidentally pissed on our neighbours shoes & pants. Oopsie. 🙁
Lastly, Adam isn’t really a gay homosexual, it’s only Dylan that we’re not entirely sure about.
Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Movin’ on out.
Dylan has decided he wants to move in with his gay lover, one of the fastest programmers I’ve ever met: n’Adm. So he’s leaving us in nary a couple of weeks.
Might be appalling timing (still not sure on that one), but there’s a chance young Irimias could need a new flat when his girl heads off over the seas to the other place that people sometimes go, so maybe it’s actually a bloody good thing.
That would be well nice, in fact.
Absolute Henry.
When I got my fishies I named them by how they interacted with one-another:
- Scrappy – didn’t mind a fight.
- Bully – always got his way, and a large majority of the food.
- Hungry – didn’t like to fight, didn’t get to eat.
As there is now only one fish, all it gets to interact with is plants, rocks and bubbles, the old names no longer apply. My fish is now, and for the foreseeable future, to be known as Henry.
New dog. Old computer.
Took George for the last of his shots today, so in a week he starts puppy classes. Afterwards we took a walk down to the gallery, all I can say is some peoples art is other peoples stupid crap.
Apparently it’s the twenty-somethingth birthday of the PC about now, this was my first.
Our State Broadcaster.
Before I forget, Heloise & Yojimbo gave me and the hot one a tour around some of the TVNZ studios on the weekend, here are a couple of the photos:
New dog, new tricks.
We’ve been trying to teach George some tricks, started simple with sit and lie down, and now he’s pretty much got ‘play dead’ as well. Not bad for a little baby.
His favourite flavour for today is fried bread (from The Bake Haus on Ponsonby Rd).
Soggy pizza, boxes.
The new Pizza Hut pizza boxes suck arse. They’ve started using 100% recycled cardboard… They’re readily distinguished from the old ones – they’re grey. And they sag. And therefore they don’t protect the pizza.
You’d think they could have tested them a bit, yeah?
