Lots of stencils are visible on walls all around Wellington CBD, surprising to find so much less colour used in comparison to Auckland.

I'm not going to debate whether it's really art (I mean, what is art, really?.. Right, Ryan?), or take into account how the people that own the walls that have been vandalized should feel... I just think that sometimes, people are creative, and it looks cool... For this very reason, you'll probably never see a 'tag' here, they're just crap crap that make everything look nasty, and bring the tone of a neighbourhood right down.
