Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Baker Monkey Presents:

Chocolate Fudge Brownies

It’s been a while since I last baked anything up, and I wanted to try out the oven in my new house, so out comes the … Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix!

A couple of dollars at Foodtown, plus a slab of whittakers chocolate for good measure.

INGREDIENTS 600g box of Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Brownies Mix; 1 Egg; Butter; Water; Whittakers Milk Chocolate.

PREHEAT oven to 180°C, the lame oven in the new house doesn’t know C so it got set at 350°F.

THE
recipe calls for baking paper and stuff, I just greased a tray with butter. Does the trick.

Put dry ingredients in bowl
POUR
brownie mix into a small mixing bowl.

Add 2 eggs
ADD egg.

Add water, softened butter, and vanilla essence
ADD 1/2 cup of water.

ADD butter. Mmmmm, butter. *gurgle*

MIX it all up a bit… But not much, you don’t want it to be smooth, it should still be lumpy.

SPOOGE the melted chocolate into the mix…

TURN it a couple of times, you still want it to be lumpy.

POUR the batter into the greased tray.

SPREAD it all around nicely. Aiight.

LICK the spoon, you’ve earned it. (BTW, soooo delicious!)

PUT it in the oven for about 25 – 30 minutes. No more.

LOOK at the mess. Do something about it.

TAKE it back out when it’s done and let it cool for a while. 10 minutes will do, more won’t hurt.

SLICE it up into bits that are about twice as big as they should be and arrange them cack-handedly on a plate.

YUM! Mmmmmmm! For real, bro, I wouldn’t lie to you about this one!

That’s all there is to it. The box says something about sprinkling coacoa powder or icing sugar on them, I couldn’t be bothered with that crap.
